We welcome all levels and ages of clientele, from the novice to the professional, teens through octogenarians. Our studio is a modern, state-of-the-art space that is fully equipped with a range of Pilates apparatus.
We stay true to the original Pilates method for its amazing fitness and rehabilitative characteristics. All of our instructors have some level of Peak Pilates instruction. Both Classical and more Contemporary styles of teaching are offered within our studio, so you can find the best fit for your body and mind.
My Pilates journey began following a knee injury while running a marathon. I sought an alternative that would offer a full body workout. After taking mat Pilates at a local rec center for a couple of years I transitioned to a studio and equipment classes. I’ve never looked back.
My instructor saw something in me, which led to becoming a Peak Pilates instructor and now a Master Instructor and Mentor. I’m proud of the fact that BE2 Pilates is an Education Center and I’m able to offer scholarships to students otherwise unable to begin the certification process.
My hope when you enter the studio is you feel welcomed, unjudged, calm, and feel the sense of community I’ve worked to create.
Christine was drawn to how Pilates challenged both her body and mind. Over the years, she has maintained a consistent practice, appreciating the
adaptability of Pilates to meet the body’s needs. In 2018, she earned her Comprehensive Peak Pilates Certification. She brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to her teaching, helping clients connect with their bodies and build strength, flexibility, and resilience.
Cathleen first discovered Pilates as a training supplement to her ballet career. Pilates helped heal her body, and she noticed her dancing and overall strength excelled. During her dance career she pursued a Peak Pilates Instructor Comprehensive Certification, and has been teaching since 2017. Outside the studio, she enjoys time her family, indulging in delicious food, reading, and getting away to the beach whenever possible.
Originally from Texas, it was a close friend and fellow group fitness instructor who encouraged Shannon to become a Pilates instructor. She appreciates that Pilates is a total body workout. She has seen improvements in posture and flexibility for herself and her clients, and knows the benefits of Pilates as a stand-alone program or as a compliment to existing fitness routine. When she's not in the studio, she spends time with family and friends and enjoys walks on the Florida beaches.
Jeanie is a Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certified Instructor. With a deep passion for helping clients push their physical limits while cultivating mental strength, she is dedicated to guiding individuals through transformative movement experiences. Her teaching emphasizes precision, control, and mindful engagement. She encourages clients to challenge their bodies and empower their minds through the classical Pilates method.
Caiti is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with over 10 years of practice and a former dancer. She discovered Pilates as a way to prevent injuries and cross-train while dancing, and it quickly became a passion. Caiti loves traveling and exploring new places whenever she can— even better if she can find a Pilates class along the way to connect with the global Pilates community or experience new ways of practicing.
Izzy is a passionate Pilates instructor with a lifelong love for sports and fitness. From playing soccer and softball to practicing Jiu Jitsu and yoga, Izzy has always been drawn to movement and the power of the body. With a relaxed and fun approach, Izzy encourages clients to enjoy the process of getting stronger and fostering a mind-body connection.
Kelley is a passionate Pilates instructor with a strong background in yoga (E-RYT® 500), barre, and group fitness. Her classes are full of energy, intention, and movement that inspires. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her on the go—cheering at her daughters’ dance competitions and soccer games, always balancing her love for wellness with the joy of being a proud wife and mom.
As a Dental Hygienist and Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist, Michelle has always been interested in overall health and wellness, and the way a “problem” or dysfunction in one part of the body can manifest in other areas. She turned to Pilates to address work-related stresses and strains in her own body. The relief she felt and her instructor’s enthusiasm for classical Pilates led Michelle to pursue her Comprehensive Certification.
Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification is a three-level modular program designed to deliver the highest quality authentic Pilates education. Throughout the year, we offer Comprehensive Certifications at Levels I, II, and III and also offer opportunities for continuing education. We offer opportunities for students to observe sessions, practice teach, and do their personal practice at BE2 Pilates.
